There is no official changelog beside this:
version 3.0 introduces an optional Facebook app enabling battery usage comparison with your friends. This feature can be activated on first start-up or in the application settings.
I have noticed a more belle-friendly UI, new splashscreen and a new settings menu. Also the widget seems to have changed a bit.
